DNS attack writer a victim of his own creation

Don't know if you've heard about the DNS exploit which allows the attacker to redirect a person away from the website he's actually looking for ...

The flaw Kaminsky uncovered in February makes it much easier than originally thought to insert bogus information into the Internet's routing infrastructure. A successful attack would let criminals silently redirect requests for a legitimate site to a bogus one set up to skim personal information, such as passwords to online banking accounts, from duped users.

Kaminsky, the person responsible for building the first Metasploit hacking toolkit, also became the first victim of . . .

If People Bought Cars Like They Buy Computers
Topic started by Re@PeR on 18 July 2008 in LOL
General Motors doesn't have a "help line" for people who don't know how to drive, because people don't buy cars like they buy computers -- but imagine if they did....

Call No. 1

HELPLINE: "General Motors Helpline, how can I help you?"

CUSTOMER: "I got in my car and closed the door, and nothing happened!"

HELPLINE: "Did you put the key in the ignition slot and turn it?"

CUSTOMER: "What's an ignition?"

HELPLINE: "It's a starter motor that draws current from your battery and turns over the engine."

CUSTOMER: "Ignition? Motor? Battery? . . .

Nimbuzz is another IM client capable of connecting to many IM services, including Skype, GoogleTalk, AIM, Windows Live! Messenger, YIM and Jabber. It's similar to Fring and Pidgin, except that, unlike Fring which only works on Symbian phones or Windows Mobile devices and Pidgin that is for PCs, this one has a J2ME version available, as well as a Symbion version, PC client and a widget for use on some Social Networks. [W] AGP Graphics
Topic started by DuhbLinn on 19 June 2008 in Hardware
Hey everyone. I'm looking for an AGP gfx card which is equivalent or better than a GeForce 6600/Radeon 9800Pro. Anyone have something lying around they want to get rid of? Don't want to pay too much, so make an offer, and I'll respond a.s.a.p. Thanks.

I'm sure its gonna be ok tho.

So basically, come back and don't be so damn quiet  :p

I'm glad it went well MaX.
My adventures have just begun, just when I think I've reached a place of uber exciting contracts and business, something more interesting comes along.
One of the projects nearly placed me in a position where I could've retired by middle next year, unfortunately they canceled the project leaving me back at square one, square one is open the big black box and pull out another idea.
At least I'm learning a lot along the way, just bought a book on CSS today, can't wait to start reading, hoping to finish it before they deliver my . . .
